On January 26, 2018, Komatsu Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire from Prenbec Equipment Inc., a company based in Quebec, Canada, the Quadco and Southstar forestry attachment operations, excluding the forestry equipment businesses of Tanguay and Forespro delimbers.
